Back Pain

Back pain can feel like a constant companion, whether it’s a dull ache that lingers or sharp, stabbing pain that makes movement difficult, it can interfere with work, family time and even the simplest daily tasks. Often caused by poor posture, overuse or underlying conditions like arthritis or herniated discs, back pain is one of the most common reasons people seek care.

At Revitalize, we understand how disruptive back pain can be. That’s why we take the time to identify the root cause and create a personalized treatment plan to help you move comfortably again.

Neck Pain

Neck pain often builds over time, starting as stiffness or soreness before turning into a sharp, persistent ache that limits movement. Long hours at a desk, poor posture or injuries can all contribute to discomfort. In some cases, neck pain is linked to conditions like arthritis or herniated discs.

At Revitalize, we treat more than just the pain—we treat the person. Our goal is to address the underlying cause and provide care that helps you move freely and without discomfort.

Mid Back Pain

Mid-back pain can make everyday movements—like sitting, twisting or reaching—uncomfortable. It’s often caused by poor posture, repetitive strain or spinal conditions. In some cases, it can radiate to the ribs or chest, making it even harder to find relief.

At Revitalize, we take a personalized approach, ensuring treatment is tailored to your specific pain and lifestyle.

Low Back Pain

Low back pain can feel like a heavy weight, making simple tasks like bending, lifting or even standing a challenge. Whether it’s a sharp, sudden pain or a constant dull ache, it can be frustrating and exhausting. Muscle strain, disc issues and spinal conditions are all common causes.

Our goal is to get to the source of your pain and provide treatment that helps you move freely again.

HERNIATED DISCS / BULGING DISCS / PINCHED NERVES

A herniated or bulging disc can press on nearby nerves, causing pain, numbness, tingling or weakness. This can affect your back, neck, arms or legs, making daily activities difficult.

At Revitalize Spine & Sports Care, we take a non-invasive approach to address the root cause and provide relief that lasts.

Joint Pain

Joint pain can make even the simplest movements—like walking, standing or gripping objects—challenging. Whether caused by injury, arthritis or overuse, it can limit mobility and interfere with daily life.

ANKLE, ELBOW, HAND & FOOT PAIN

Pain in the ankles, elbows, hands or feet can disrupt everything from walking to holding a cup of coffee. Injuries, arthritis, inflammation and repetitive motion often contribute to discomfort.

Arthritis

Arthritis causes joint inflammation, stiffness and pain that can limit mobility. Over time, it can impact your ability to move comfortably.

The loss of sensation, tingling or burning pain can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. We take a proactive approach to uncover the cause and provide treatments that help restore function and improve your quality of life.

Muscle Pain / Myalgia

Muscle pain can feel like knots or tightness that won’t go away, limiting movement and making even small tasks uncomfortable. Overuse, tension and injury are common causes, but underlying conditions may also play a role.

At Revitalize, we take your pain seriously and work to find solutions that bring real relief.
